How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive within 5-14 working days. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free delivery? Yes - free delivery on all orders over £20. Orders under £20 have a flat rate shipping fee of £2.99.

Can I return my order? Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll sort it.

Is your store safe to buy from? 100% yes. We use Shopify Payments protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored.

My pet didn't like the product - what do I do? We understand - pets can be picky! Contact us within 30 days and we'll offer a refund or exchange, no questions asked.

Do you ship outside the UK? Currently we ship to the UK only. We hope to expand to Europe soon.
